Work through 30 cards, each presenting an aspect of teamwork. They’ll challenge your prejudices, ask for your reactions, consider how teams develop, look at conflict, analyse team behaviour, discuss team roles, gender differences – and a lot more! All stimulate discussion, enable opinions to be shared and help you build an honest view of your own performance in teams back at work. At the end you complete Action Plans detailing simple, common sense changes to make you an even better team player back at work.
The Cards are a fun and engaging, ready-prepared format for your staff to consider their own team skills as well as teamwork in general within the organisation.
