Copyright and Licence agreement

All Northgate Training products are protected by intellectual property law including copyright and are subject to a licence agreement. When an organisation buys one Northgate Activity (excluding e-learning modules) the organisation buys a one-off, permanent licence to run that activity as many times as they wish, with up to the maximum number of participants stipulated for that pack. You can re-order the consumables for that pack. If you wish to run it with more participants per session, make the activity available to a number of different Trainers in different locations, or on a network, you may need an extended licence. E-learning modules (only) are subject to annual licence fees. Annual licence fees are payable annually in advance. Please see below for the various licence options.

Which licence do I need?

Single licence

a one-off permanent licence to store one activity at a single site (and/or store and install files and software on a single computer), for use with up to the maximum number of participants at any one time.

Multiple licence

a one-off permanent licence to store and use multiple copies of the same activity, either to run activities with bigger groups, or where a number of trainers, in different or mobile locations, wish to use the resources, files and/or software.

Network licence

a one-off permanent licence which enables you to make files and/or software accessible to a number of trainers on a network or cloud-based storage system.

Annual licence

annual licence fees are applicable to our e-learning modules only (single, multiple and network licences do not apply to e-learning modules).

Please contact us to discuss your requirements and to request a quote.

Licence termination
You may cancel your annual licence at any time. No refunds for any unused part of an annual licence will be given. In line with standard practice, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any licence immediately (and without refund) in the event of a breach or suspected breach of the above terms, and (for e-learning modules only) in the event of non-payment of annual licence fees. Upon notice of any licence suspension or termination, you shall immediately stop using and destroy all Northgate resources and/or modules (or upon request return the resources to us) and delete or remove the resources from all physical and/or electronic locations in which it is stored.
