All Northgate products are designed to be very user-friendly, easy to run and all come complete with comprehensive Trainer's Notes which provide guidance on how to run each activity. We also offer a free Trainer helpline for before and after sales support, so once you have received your pack and had a read-through, you can call us and we will talk you through how the game works.

All our activities are designed to be run by one Trainer. If you are using them for assessment purposes, or if you are running more than one pack concurrently, then you will need more Trainers. It takes between three and six months to develop each Northgate activity, with business simulations taking up to one year. This involves developing the content, designing the product, followed by thorough trialling and refining before publication.

All Northgate activities are designed in house. Mike is the chief designer and Jill is chief editor in the development of new products.

Licence information

All Northgate products come with a repeat licence which means that you can use and re-use the product(s) as many times as you wish. All Northgate Training products are protected by intellectual property and are subject to a licence agreement. When an organisation buys one Northgate Activity the organisation buys a one-off, permanent licence to run that activity as many times as they wish, with up to the maximum number of participants stipulated for that pack. You can re-order the consumables for that pack, subject to stock availability. Please view our Terms & Conditions for the full Northgate Licence terms.

If you wish to run an activity with more participants (than the maximum number of participants stipulated for that pack) or make the activity available to a number of different Trainers (in different or mobile locations), you need additional licences. Please call us on +44 (0)1225 484990 or email sales@northgatetraining.co.uk to discuss your requirements and we can advise.

Yes. After you have purchased a Northgate activity, you can use it as many times as you like within your organisation, with up to the maximum number of delegates stipulated per pack, per training session.

Returns

Yes. We hope you that will be delighted with your purchase from Northgate Training. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, we operate a no-quibble returns policy on unused goods. The product(s) need to be returned in perfect condition and in its undamaged, original packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy here.
