Why the survey?
We're keen to hear from you! It’s to help us get a handle on how Trainers are working post-Covid. And also to see how here at Northgate we can improve our activities and offering to suit your needs.

Free Prize Draw
As a thank you for taking the time to complete the survey, we will enter each person who takes part into a free prize draw to win the Lost in the Wilderness! training activity (normal price £199 ex VAT), or if you already have that activity, one to the equivalent value.

The survey is open for two weeks until midnight on Wednesday 6 July 2022. We will alert the winner of the Prize Draw by Friday 8 July 2022! Good Luck!

Entry into the Free Prize Draw is limited to one entry per person and applies to surveys completed by midnight on Wednesday 6 July 2022. The winner will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries and will be notified by email by close of business on Friday 8 July 2022.
