Developing mental resilience is a core feature in many staff development programmes. This engaging yet serious module aids understanding, allows them to look at their own behaviours and helps them to think about effective, coping strategies.
How the module works
Learners work through a series of 20 cards, on-screen. Each card contains a question or statement and there are three different types of card:
The cards appear on-screen and the learner responds each time clicking True/False or using the Notebook. At the end Learners receive an overall score, a list of key learning points and the opportunity to draw up an Action Plan for improving resilience at work.
