Northgate's Diversity & Inclusion Training Activity is designed as a Cluedo-style board game, and is an immersive, discussion-led learning experience where teams explore real-world D&I scenarios in a safe, structured and engaging environment. Designed for face-to-face and virtual delivery, it’s a flexible and powerful resource for any L&D toolkit.

How it works 

Players navigate a workplace-themed board, picking up On the spot! cards with true/false questions, dilemmas and stats to debate in groups. In each department, they ‘meet’ fictional colleagues with real-case challenges to solve.

Throughout the session, participants:

  • Share perspectives
  • Confront biases
  • Explore solutions together

All supported by Trainer’s Notes and optional PowerPoint slides for the debrief and learning reinforcement.

3–6 players per board (2 boards per licence)
Run with up to 12 delegates per session
