For this year's theme of Get Connected, we have developed a great and easy to use training activity called Brainstorm!
Brainstorming is all about releasing inhibitions, leaving logic behind and embracing the new and unexpected. Sometimes we are all a bit uptight – and need to relax the reins!
Brainstorm! is a short activity that allows participants to demonstrate some key aspects of creativity and ‘think outside the box’.
Get some energy going! Inspire participants to work together, appreciate each other’s skills and boost their creative mindsets.
Agility and flexibility are highly prized in the workplace as of course are effective teamwork skills.
We all need to be team players, and we all need to be open and receptive.
Collaboration is key as it boosts engagement, overcomes barriers. It strengthens the idea that in any organisation we are all working for one BIG team - all on the same side.
Working in silos is an issue that besets many organisations and leads to people not feeling part of the team, low productivity and low morale.
