Product information
All Northgate training activities and business simulations are designed to be very user-friendly, easy to run and all come complete with comprehensive Trainer's Notes which provide guidance on how to run each activity in either face-to-face or virtual training sessions (depending on the activity). We also offer a free Trainer helpline for before and after sales support.
Northgate activities are supplied either as a hard copy pack, and/or digitally via our online Trainerhub. Please refer to the product webpage for each activity to see how it is supplied.
Any digital components are supplied via the online Trainerhub and you will receive a login at the point of sale.
All our training activities are designed to be run by one Trainer. If you are using them for assessment purposes (and so wish to observe delegates more closely), or if you are running an activity with more delegates that the maximum specified (ie with multiple licences) then you may need multiple facilitators (we can advise further on this as it depends on the activity).
All Northgate training activities are designed in house. Mike is the chief designer and Jill is chief editor in the development of new training materials.
It takes between three and six months to develop each Northgate activity.
Yes. All our training activities are designed to be easy to run by you (and we supply instructions on how to run every training game). You will find the number of participants that each training activity serves on each product page or factsheet. If you wish to run the training activity with more delegates per session, please contact us on +44 (0)1225 484990 or email sales@northgatetraining.co.uk for advice.
Licence information
The five-year repeat use licence means you can use an activity over and over again, with up to the specified number of delegates for that activity (numbers depend on the particular activity).
All Trainers based at the same site location can access the training resources. For multi-site licences, contact Northgate for a quote.

If you wish to run a training game or activity with more participants (than the maximum number of participants stipulated for that activity) or make the activity available to a number of different Trainers (in different or mobile locations), you need additional licences. Yes. After you have purchased a Northgate training activity, you can use it as many times as you like within the licence term, in your organisation. You can use it with up to the maximum number of delegates stipulated per training activity, per trainin
The price quoted is per training activity, for up to the maximum number of delegates stipulated per training activity and for use within the licence-holding organisation. It's excellent value for money!
Payment
You can order online by adding products to your basket on our website and going through our secure online checkout. Online purchases can be made by credit/debit card or PayPal.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express. We can also take card payments over the phone. You will receive notification that your order has been received, together with a receipted invoice. We will then send notification of despatch details (where your purchase includes a hard copy pack) and of your Trainerhub login details (for access to the digital components). If you are already on the Trainerhub, we will add the product to your dashboard and notify you when this has been done during our working hours. (Our normal working days/hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm).
Returns
Yes. We hope you that will be delighted with your purchase from Northgate Training. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, we operate a no-quibble returns policy on unused goods. The product(s) need to be returned in perfect condition and in its undamaged, original packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy here.
