With a new series of Traitors starting tonight, Northgate’s latest training activity The King’s Game! becomes very relevant.
It’s a game of strategy, risk and trust. Four teams play and each round they place a counter on a board and then receive a score depending on what counters are played.
You know that four red counters in a row will gain each team 50 points. You also know that three reds plus a green means the green scores 60 and the reds get MINUS 20.
Three teams have played a red. You are the fourth team. Do you play a red or a green?
Playing a red = FAITHFUL (cooperation, trust and helping each other.)
Playing a green = TRAITOR (big score but lack of trust next round).
