Experiential learning activities resonate strongly with our audiences. We use a number of Northgate Training activities in our courses including:
- Going for Profit! and Robot business simulations for our Finance Strategy module and in our Retail Leadership Programme
- The Coaching Game which is an engaging way for delegates to apply and practise coaching principles.
- The Escape Room as a team-building activity helps strengthen collaboration and problem-solving skills - it's always well received
- Improve That Process! which works very well in helping delegates identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Chinese Tower to effectively support discussions around communication, planning and customer relationship management
- Emotional Intelligence aligned really well with our EQ-i module within our Advanced Leadership Programme and delegate feedback was very positive
- Decisions! Decisions! which worked particularly well, and encouraged decision-making from a customer perspective, and was very positively received by delegates.
