All staff, to focus on simple, common sense ways to improve their personal time management - and make some permanent changes, for the better, back at work.
In small groups, simply work through a set of 30 cards, discuss the issues raised and reach a conclusion.
The cards will help you all to analyse the way you use that precious commodity, time. Do you know exactly what you are supposed to be doing each day? Do you plan ahead properly? Are you aware of your ingrained time-wasting activities? Others cards will probe your organisation's approach to time management planning, individual responsibility and level of efficiency. Other cards give you specific tasks to do - all related to your use of time and personal effectiveness at work.
Be honest! You may uncover some unpalatable facts but it’s all with good humour and you won’t be alone! Leave with down-to-earth tips, techniques and simple rules you can easily practice back at work to make your time go further.
- Divide participants into teams.

- Issue Action Plans for completion.

This activity is for face-to-face classroom use. It is supplied as a hard copy pack and the digital files are supplied via the Northgate Trainerhub.
This Northgate Training activity comes with a five-year licence for repeat use with up to 18 participants at a time, for use by Trainers based at one licence-holding site.
All Trainers physically based at the same office location can access the Northgate resources during the five-year term, including the digital resources supplied on the Trainerhub via your own site-specific Trainer Dashboard. If you have Trainers based at other locations, and/or remote workers, who would like to access and use the Northgate resources, we can advise further depending on your requirements.
