I recently used 'Lost in the Wilderness!' with a 10-person team. There was a very lively atmosphere where everyone felt committed and gave their very best to contribute to a relevant and shared decision. My appreciation of the game is excellent, particularly because the goal is not - as in most games of this kind - to make a list of useful things to take on a risky trip, but rather to make a decision about whether to go or to stay. In short a simple but powerful activity.
